Free Discovery Call

A free 15 minute discovery call where we uncover some of your health history, establish your health goals and outline what the best course of action will be for your particular case.

At that time I might make recommendations for lab work that will help identify your unique imbalances and deficiencies. You can do the testing through my clinic or on your own through your family doctor.

Consultations

Work with me includes:

  • Comprehensive blood chemistry analysis (all blood work is assessed against optimal ranges, not just ‘normal' reference ranges)

  • In-depth functional assessment and symptom analysis 

  • Identification of underlying patterns, deficiencies and dysfunctions

  • Assessment of the foundations of health (sleep, stress, movement, mental health, diet and more)

  • Insight into your hidden health blocks

  • Nutritional suggestions (meal plans available per request)

  • Detailed supplement protocols where necessary, including herbs

Consultations are offered in-person in Downtown Vancouver at Inspirit Health Group or virtually from the comfort of your own home.

Sessions are booked individually as needed, with follow-ups scheduled around every 4-8 weeks. You will be provided with my personal email to send any questions that arise for you during the process.
